The beds were very comfortable.

Bathroom was very small, shower should have been cleaner.

The location was very convenient. Perkins restaurant right next door. Numerous stores close and a mall around the corner. The carpet in our room needed to be cleaned near the sink. The bathroom in our room was very tight, it may be difficult for a larger person to use. The breakfast bar was OK, they had no half and half for coffee. The pool did not feel like it was heated. it was clean and the breakfast bar was decent.

I had an accident, falling out of the shower, and it seemed like no one cared.

I didn't mind staying at a 2 star hotel, but a big part of my stay anywhere is the helpfulness and a friendly reception. And honestly no one was friendly, even after I fell out of the shower no one checked back with me and asked if I was okay, thankfully I wasn't seriously hurt, but I was checked over with my family and I had muscle spasms that made my arthritis hurt. The rooms were awesome and the staff was great.

The hot tub was cold one day and too hot the next.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Nice room, nice pool and spa area. Would definitely stay here again.
